Our Mission:

“The best fighter is not a boxer, karate or judo man,” Bruce Lee once said. “The best fighter is someone who can adapt to any style. He kicks too well for a boxer, throws too well for a karate man, and punches too well for a judo man.”

Inspired by this philosophy, Fighting Dragon Academy embraces influences from multiple martial arts systems, allowing students to develop a broader skill set and a stronger, more versatile foundation of knowledge.

We welcome men, women, and children of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds who are a good fit for our program. Our school is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and friendly—yet appropriately challenging—environment for every individual who chooses to take the powerful step of training with us at Fighting Dragon Academy, Adaptive Martial Arts.

Adaptive!

Have you ever wanted to study martial arts but felt a physical disability might hold you back? At Fighting Dragon Academy, we believe martial arts should be accessible to everyone—and we are committed to proving that you can do this.

Our program adapts traditional techniques from Kenpo, Lima Lama, Karate, and Kickboxing, using specialized teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student. Training includes kicking, blocking, striking, joint manipulation, tumbling, and introductory weaponry. Students then learn to apply these skills through practical self-defense scenarios, controlled sparring, and structured forms.

At Fighting Dragon Academy, we take pride in our inclusive environment and the diversity of our students. Together, we build confidence, skill, and a community where everyone can shine.
